Returns
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we accept requests for any non-sale item within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging included. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
To initiate your return, please complete the form below or contact us at customercare@saracristina.us. Once your request has been approved, you will receive further instructions. Please ensure the package is dropped at your nearest location within 3 business days of receiving your return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A $10 restocking fee per item applies to all domestic (U.S.) orders. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
- A $20 restocking fee per item applies to all international orders. International customers are responsible for shipping returned items at their own cost. Return labels will not be provided.
Transportation costs and customs clearance fees associated with a cancellation or refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Orders placed outside saracristina.us are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned, unless received in damaged condition. Returns for purchases made through sourcing companies will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
