Refunds and exchanges are not offered for international orders. You may return or exchange any non-sale item(s) purchased domestically in the United States within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:
Initiate your return request by filling out the return form below. Within 1 business day of submitting a request, you will receive a return label by email.
Once you have received your return label, please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.
Drop the package at your nearest drop-off location.
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you, and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.
Please note initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping fees will be deducted from the transaction. Each extra shipping label has a cost of $12. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Sara Cristina items purchased from other retailers.
