Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the United States. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

When your order leaves our studio, it is entrusted to the shipping company. At that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and the customer. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit, though we remain available to assist with any documentation or information needed to support a claim with the courier.

International Orders

A shipping fee of $20 applies to orders delivered outside the United States. Orders over $400 ship internationally at no additional cost. Please note that shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or other fees, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. These charges, assessed by local customs authorities, may vary depending on your destination. Additional information may be required to ensure successful delivery. Sara Cristina is not responsible for delays or fees incurred by customs.
