Returns
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we accept requests for any non-sale item within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging included. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
To initiate your return, please complete the form below or contact us at customercare@saracristina.us. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions. Please ensure the package is dropped at your nearest location within 3 business days of receiving the label.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
- A $10 restocking fee per item applies to all domestic (U.S.) orders.
- A $20 restocking fee per item applies to all international orders.
Orders placed outside saracristina.us are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned, unless received in damaged condition. Returns for purchases made through sourcing companies will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
